The automotive industry is changing faster than financial indicators can reflect. The automotive retail sector is currently being affected by several far-reaching developments simultaneously: from the transformation of sales models and rising capital and investment requirements to structural changes in the after-sales business. This creates a critical gap for banks, manufacturers and dealerships: the actual economic viability of a business can no longer be assessed solely on the basis of projected figures. The crucial question is no longer whether a plan is mathematically plausible – but whether it can be implemented under real operating conditions.

In collaboration with PricewaterhouseCoopers, we have developed HealthCheck+: a structured analysis and validation process that assesses the financial stability, operational performance and strategic sustainability of automotive dealerships within an integrated, holistic framework.
